"3 times a charm!!! Elizabeth has now sold three of our properties; a condo in Lincoln Park, a single family in Bucktown and now a luxury single family in Elmhurst, IL. Elizabeth helped us determine the proper price point to sell quickly but not leave any money on the table. We had two offers just three days after listing and before we even had the for sale sign posted out front. We eventually accepted one of those two offers and were very happy with the whole process. Elizabeth was superb to work with. Very responsive, very professional, knew the market well, was willing to go to the unit on my behalf and get it cleaned and prepped for the sale since I was out of town. She volunteered to respond to check out a chirping smoke detector due to low batteries when I was not there, and she helped remove some personal items from the house that we left for her to either donate, or give away. She had good contacts with lawyer recommendations, and handled all the HOA documentation requests by buyers. She priced the unit well based on other comps, and we accepted a full price offer the first week. She was also fun to work with and always in an upbeat positive mood.

When we first listed our home for sale, Ryan had a whole package of marketing ideas that got the word out about our home. It was clear that he'd done this before and he wanted to get a jump on a successful listing.

When we experienced some hiccups during the process, Ryan was very encouraging and helped us fix the issues and reassure the buyers. During showings, he was proactive about finding problems around the property that might have discouraged potential buyers, and helped us fix them.
